Karina Hollmann-Adly - Practice Manager

Karina is an experienced practice manager who is passionate about excellent customer service and successful team management. Karina originally studied Hotel Management and worked in Hotels worldwide for many years, managing teams successfully. Following on from that Karina then worked as Practice Manager in a large dental practice for 9 years leading a dental team to achieve best practice and satisfied patients. Karina always enjoys interacting with patients and assisting them with any questions they might have in regards to their treatment. Leading a Dental Practice in all areas means being able to ensure that patients are happy and satisfied with their treatments and enjoy coming here.

In 2023 Karina also qualified as Health Coach. Being passionate about health and wellbeing Karina enjoys coaching people to achieve a happier and healthier life.

In her free time Karina enjoys gardening, socialising with friends or simply cycling through the park. She is a member of the National Trust and visits sites throughout England regularly.
